Research On University BBS System Based Pre-warning Mechanism Of Mass Undergraduate Crisis

This paper puts the management of University BBS Crisis into this perspective of pre-warning mechanism. By analyzing theory of crisis management, pre-warning mechanism, mass undergraduate crisis, this paper reveals there is some relevance between the university BBS management and pre-warning mechanism. It proposes the construction of University BBS system based pre-warning mechanism of mass undergraduate crisis, and analyzes the organization building, mechanism building and communication mechanism of pre-warning mechanism. And on this basis, we have empirical analysis of pre-warning mechanism, drawing university pre-warning mechanism in the United States and analyzing University BBS system based pre-warning mechanism of mass undergraduate crisis as an example of S University. Finally, this paper proposes the capacity building of pre-warning mechanism.The first part introduces the research background, research status and research content, proposing the Perspective of University BBS system based pre-warning mechanism of mass undergraduate crisis.The second part is focused on the theoretical explanation, expounding the theory and related concepts, including crisis management theory, pre-warning mechanism and mass undergraduate crisis, proposing analytical framework of pre-warning mechanism.The third part, on the basis of the second part, focuses on the construction of pre-warning mechanism, including organization, mechanism-building and communication.The fourth part is the empirical research part. It analyzes the development of BBS in Chinese Universities, the achievements and problems of pre-warning mechanism, learns from the U.S. experience in University pre-warning mechanism, and analyzes pre-warning mechanism as an example of S University.The fifth part is the concluding part. It proposes the capacity building of pre-warning mechanism, including organizational and personnel development, risk control and pre-warning mechanism, education and exercises work and so on.
