Shanghai Putuo District Public Sports Facilities Resources And Strategic Research

Public sporting facilities resources, whose development situation is an important indicator of the development of sports in one region and the embodiment of its comprehensive strength, are the basic factors in service system. To build an Asia's premier sporting city for Shanghai, public sporting facilities is a basic premise and foundation support. Public sporting facilities resources, being a type of available resources to provide services, are an important part of the social public resources system and basic insurance to meet people's growing demand for sports for physical fitness. The development of the public sporting facilities resources'ultimate goal is to expand regional sports population, a healthy population.In this paper, literature, questionnaires, comparative analysis and interviews are used. Firstly, it is systematically arranged by the supply volume quality and distribution of the existing public sporting facilities resources, space requirements of the public health activities, and some other aspects of Putuo District. And then, it is also investigated and studied in service status of public sports facilities resources of Putuo, Shanghai from the material conditions of Community public sporting facilities, the way of community sports and values of the physical activities and the institution of organization there, aiming at improving the quality of the public sporting facilities resources services in Putuo District.From the investigations and analysis in the current situation of public sporting facilities resources in Putuo District, this paper obtains three points, namely, the old stadium facilities, inability to host major sports events; lack of training ground, unable to carry out normal training mission; lack of training places fail to meet the daily needs of community residents.This paper, propose to enhance the Putuo's comprehensive competitiveness of sports-led, make efforts to improve regional public sports facilities in such relatively backward situation, and gradually achieve a reasonable layout, a new framework for development on public sporting facilities resource with overall function, to build and improve the balance convenience, diversity and public interest of public service system in Putuo District. A specific construction plan and in a number of safeguards to achieve the development of public sporting facilities resources are proposed to achieve this goal.
