China has now entered the popularized nationwide stage of higher education. Against the backdrop of growth in the number of the educated citizen, the quality of education has attracted increasing attention. Quality Assurance of Higher Education System is an important measure to protect and improve the quality of education. The general trend of quality assurance of higher education in the current world and China is from the evaluation to the building, from the external monitor to the internal assurance, from concern for the results to the attention to process, from concern for external factors, for example teaching conditions etc., to the attention to the internal factors, such as students, teachers, teaching etc.. With this trend, this paper focuses on internal assurance of education, studies from the perspective of students, pays attention to the process of learning and the formation of the quality, and tries to from the origin of the study to solve quality problems. All of these practices are very important to the higher education quality assurance efforts in the new era.The innovation of this paper is that it combined learning theory and quality assurance, start from the students'self-regulated learning to solve quality problems. The Students'Self-regulated Learning Assurance System is a subsystem of Internal Quality Assurance System of Higher Education, but most of the main features are that it changes the assurance subject from College's administrators into the students themselves.This paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter expounds the scope and causes of the theme, combs the existing literature, and list the research's basic ideas and methods.The second chapter analyzes the theoretical basis of the Students' Self-regulated Learning Assurance System. It mainly includes three parts:basis of the Learning Theory, basis of the Quality Assurance System, and Total Quality Management Theory.The third chapter use E University as a case, and has carried on the analysis through a survey of E undergraduates'Self-regulated Learning status. This chapter analyzes the current situation and problems of students'independent study, which are from different gender, different grade, and different major. And it provides the first-hand research materials for Students'Independent Study Assurance System.The fourth chapter, which is based on the idea of Self-regulated Learning Theory and Quality Assurance Theory, references the idea of Total Quality Management Theory, based on the first-hand research materials through survey, catches hold of key points of quality assurance:constructs the Students'Self-regulated Learning Assurance System from teaching and learning, from dynamic system, plan system, executive system, supervisory system, and evaluation system five systems.
