The Study Of Yu Ziyi's Subject Teaching Research On Primary School

Yu ziyi was a famous educator in modern China who devoted all his life to the educational undertaking. He always started his research from the actual situation of education and made an intensive study of practical problems, and he also made remarkable achievements in elementary education. As a pioneer of the elementary educational experiment in China, Yu ziyi attached great importance to educational experiment, such as the famous single-grade teaching experiment and design-teaching method experiment, etc. In the long-term educational practice, he gradually accumulated abundant teaching experiences and formed his own unique elementary thought and innovation of his teaching methods.This thesis conducts the research with the method of documentary study. Firstly, it analyzes the base of Yu ziyi's disciplinary method of instruction from three aspects, including the social aspect, practical aspect and theoretical aspect. Through this we can know that why Yu ziyi chose education as his whole-life career and what tremendous achievements he achieved in teaching practice and teaching research.Secondly, this thesis analyzes the main points of his teaching methods of elementary education, based on the principles of teaching methods, primary school teaching methods and views on teaching from scientific and art concepts and the economic outlook. And it also analyzes how Yu ziyi conducted his theory to the practice, using his teaching practice and teaching instance as an example.Lastly, according to the problems of the disciplinary method of instruction, the thesis analyzes the practical significance of his teaching methods. As valuable teaching resources, the expendability of his teaching innovation, teaching practices and teaching theories is still worth us thinking and learning.
