The second chapter mainly discusses the dispelling process of immigrant women's original body experience. The third chapter tries to explain why immigrant women choose to be employed in "G" The fourth chapter highlights the body reconstruction and practice of those senior immigrant female directing sellers. The last chapter is summary, discussion and reflection of the whole paper. It's concluded that immigrant women experience body construction process with three stages:"dispelling original body experience", "parallel and contradiction of body" and "reconstruction of post-body". In early stages, social factors played leading roles in body construction. After taking part in this organization, the subjective factors gradually dominated the construction and daily practice of body.
