The cause and effect knowledge of Geography describes the Geographic objects including Geographic process, Geographic range, Geographic ragulations, Geographic characteristics and other kinds of knowledge about forming mechanism. Proper Geographic cause and effect teaching is good for students to master basic Geographic knowledge, develop logistic thinking and improve their interest on learning Geography. It is really helpful to change the Geography study which only emphasizes on Surface rather than Sense and promote the scientific spirit, researching spirit and creative spirit if we are able to strenghten the understanding of Geographic cause and effect knowledge.Therefore, it is very important to carry out the teaching strategy research on the cause and effect knowledge of Geography.This essay has done a summary on the classified models of Geographic cause and effect knowledge and put forward some different kinds of teaching strategies on Geographic cause and effect knowledge from the research background, research situation and classification of Geographic cause and effect knowledge as well as teaching significance analysis and teaching strategies of different types of Geographic cause and effect knowledge.
