The new curriculum teaching chemistry assignment is an important chemical link, the students form an important part of evaluation.It is bound with the nature of curriculum, curriculum philosophy, curriculum goals, course content and curriculum evaluation of the change, as "suitable for students of education" to create a favorable environment for the support. However, According to survey, the current status of the operation of assignment teaching has largely followed the original, that is, the utility of the purpose of the School Assignment ,the mechanism of the content of the School Assignment, the oneness of the operating form, the unbending implementation of the the School Assignment and so on, have a serious impact on students'learning motivation and classroom teaching quality, and go against the effective teaching evaluation. Therefore, based on the spirit of solving problems, a research on the design and implementation of New Chemistry Course in High School has launchedIn the research, firstly the research results of the school assignment teaching at home and abroad are studied through documentary study, followed by a questionnaire survey , the students'ideas of the current chemistry School Assignment and the expectation of the new chemistry School Assignment are mastered. Then, combined operations of teaching practice, the exploration of design and implementation of the new chemistry School Assignment in theoretical and operational levels are commenced. In theoretical study, the principles of the design and implementation of the new course are got from the new course content operations, characteristics and requirements of the new course ideas. In practical research, reasonedly ,I bring forth the direction of how to design the chemistry assignment of the new course and the general behavior strategy of the design as well as the general strategy to prepare a copy of full assignment, besides,in a scientific way explain the change on how to implement the chemistry assignment ----- from the same direction and operational implementation to flexible scheduling changes --- from the scattered toward integration. Theories direct practices, practices explain the theories, which bring out the best in each other. According to the talks and the survey on the feedback of the assignment, it is known that the practice of the Implementation of the School Assignment of New Chemistry Course in High School is good and the planning and implementation of it are endless. Finally, this study on how to better reflect the differences on the operational planning and implementation of high school chemistry assignment and how to evaluate a new course work has a good outlook.
