Most previous studies focus on personality factors or working environment factors individually, the research about the integration of them is lack.In this study, primary and secondary school teachers in China were tested. Document analysis, questionnaire, SPSS application of statistical techniques become research methods, Analysis differences of the core self-evaluation, job burnout, job demands, job resources in gender, age, whether the class teacher and whether to teach graduating class. Basing on the model of job demands-resources, we will analyse the correlation about core self-evaluation and job burnout. The main conclusions are as the following:Firstly, most teachers, core self-evaluation has a higher level; teachers, detection rate of job burnout is higher; teachers, sensitivity susceptibility of the job demands and resources is generally higher.Secondly, the research discovered that the core self-evaluation of teachers was not significant in the main effect of gender, class teacher and whether to teach graduating class, but was significant in age, and was significant in the interaction of age and whether to teach graduating class.Thirdly, It was discovered that core self-evaluation was negatively correlated with job burnout; work demands was postively correlated with exhaustion; job resources was negatively correlated with job burnout, except the correlation about colleagues, support and exhaustion as well as supervisor, support and depersonalization; work resources was postively correlated with core self-evaluation.Fourthly, work demands was the mediate variable in the relationship between core self-evaluation and exhaustion.Fifthly, supervisor support and job control core was the mediate variable in the relationship between self-evaluation and exhaustion; colleagues, support and work independence was the mediate variable in the relationship between self-evaluation and depersonalization; colleagues, support, job control and work independence was the mediate variable in the relationship between self-evaluation and reduced personal accomplishment. |
