The Research Of The Application Of The Conformity In Ideological And Political Education

Conformity is "a behavior or attitude that the subject is consistent with object since influenced by the object". The subject is the individual who has conformity behavior. Relatively, the object is the external or internal factor which causes the conformity behavior. The object could be individuals, organizations and the policy, laws, rules which stand for the wishes of individuals and organizations, even the experience and instinct of subject.Conformity behavior involves in every aspect of study life of collage students, such as learning conformity, moral conformity, loving conformity, career conformity, consumption conformity and so on. It is benefits for improving the effect of ideological and political education if the conformity behavior of collage students could be researched seriously and applied reasonably.This dissertation researches and analyses the conformity behavior in the ideological and political education through analyzing documents and interview. In more addition, this paper also proposes how to strengthen the ideological and political education of collage students.
