Research On Utilization Of Conformity To Improve The Effect Of College Students' Ideological And Political Education

Conformity is a common psychological phenomenon in the social life.College students can have conformity behavior in study,love and many other aspects. Conformity has positive and negative influences on college students' ideological and political education.This paper analyses college students' conformity and explores how to use conformity reasonably to improve the effect of college students' ideological and political education.This paper hopes to contribute to grasp and understand college students' psychological characteristics,widen ways and methods of college students' ideological and political education,promote occurrence of positive conformity behavior,reduce and avoid appearance of negative conformity behavior and do a good job of college students' ideological and political education.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction,including background and significance of this topic,present research status at home and abroad,train of thought,research methods and creation.The second part gives a brief account of conformity,including definition,classification,reasons and influencing factors of conformity.The third part makes a concrete analysis of college students' conformity,including concrete reasons and expressions of college students' conformity.Concrete reasons are cultural background,social environment,college students' group life and their weaknesses.The fourth part expounds the positive and negative influences that conformity gives to college students'ideological and political education. Conformity is beneficial to create good environment of college students' ideological and political education and apply methods and arts of college students' ideological and political education better.It's good for college students to form correct ideas,good habits and harmonious interpersonal relationships.It's beneficial to promote individual socialization.But conformity can also restrain the development of college students' personality and sometimes it's not beneficial to cultivate college students'innovation ability. Some college students may form bad ideas and habits because of conformity.The fifth part put forward concrete countermeasures to improve the effect of college students' ideological and political education by using conformity.We can improve the effect of college students' ideological and political education by improving college students'resistance to blind conformity,playing the power of example,making a good job of public opinion guidance,strengthening culture construction of campus,class and dormitory and guiding informal groups of college students properly. We should also pay attention to some problems in practice.
