| With the rapid development of computer technology, network technology and virtual-reality technology, it is the network time now the network game comes into people's lives and learning in incredible speed. Online Games give people new experience and new way to play games, a large number of young people are attracted because it's virtual and interesting. In such a network environment, the virtue educators should know how to use the attractive of this online games "Second Life" that students care about, use it in the daily teaching, play the " Second life" in an active role, promote physical and mental development of students, and all of this attracts me to explore it constantly. This paper focuses on these themes,and studies from the following four parts:Part one introduces the concept and characteristics of "Second Life". It points out that "Second Life" is a big virtual reality game that many people play online. It makes the players into the real network, and players can feel that they have a chance to live in the "second life".It is pointed out three aspects of its character from the network games, virtual communities, education.The second part represents the use of the necessity and possibility in the middle school of the Moral Education.It points out that the use of "Second Life" conforms the trend of the times, in line with our basic course of reform and development trend, and consistents with modern constructivist teaching philosophy, it helps to promote the multifaceted quality of the development of junior high school students. It also points out the characteristics and the basic idea of the moral teaching in junior high school, changing of teachers'education, and the education information technology makes the "Second Life" can be used possibily in the middle of the Moral Education.The third part of the paper focuses on the teaching methods that have been studied and discussed about "Second Life" in the middle Moral Education. The writer propose three methods of teaching "Second Life" in junior high moral lesson:inquiry learning, game-style practice, guided teaching methods. This paper analyzes the meaning of each method, supported by appropriate teaching cases.The fourth part discusses the problems that we must pay attention when we use it in the moral education in the middle school. It points out that the meaning of the use of "Second Life" is a multimedia teaching in the final analysis, is a useful supplement for the mode of traditional classroom teaching, not completely replace traditional teaching in the classroom.We should establish the correct concept of multi-media teaching, handle the relationship between the elements in the the teaching process, play the advantages of the two teaching methods, and focus on the guidance and management about the students. |
