As an import part of the whole chain of the game of football, football coaches have gained more and more attention from all circles. From the microscopic aspect, football coaches play the role as managers and decision makers of a team, and from the macroscopic aspect, thoughts of football coaches may raise a new ideological tend of the game of football or induce some kind of extol and recommendation of a certain idea about football. Therefore, a coach team of top quality and high teaching level will undoubtedly play a decisive role in the development, improvement and keeping up with times to the football game level of a district or a country.In order to train excellent coaches, possession of a systematic, consummate and effective training system is necessary to guarantee the quality of training of coaches. The present thesis discovers influence factors on the quality of coaches training through researches on related aspects of coached training as well as provides feasible suggestions to improve the quality of coaches training.Though analysis and studies of the structure of the training system of coaches in China, motives of coaches to attend trainings, differences between training courses and practical assessments, as well as influence factors on the quality of coaches training, the present thesis deeply investigates and analyses influence factors on the quality of coaches training.Questionnaire Survey Method and Interviewing Method are applied in the research of this thesis. Combining Literature Method, problem analysis by logical approach, and Observation Survey, the present thesis studies the influence factors on the quality of coaches training though questionnaires which are extended to students in training classes for coaches rates which are organized by Chinese Football Association, and interviews of teachers, experts and coaches. Through the study of the structure of the training system of coaches in China, it is discovered that "auditing on qualifications of coaches that attend the training" influences the quality of coaches training. Through the interview and analysis of motives of coaches to attend training, it is discovered that "to gain diversified training measures" and "to satisfy clubs'requirements" these two motives will exert a far-reaching impact on coach training in China, especially on the realization of training classes of coaches, and which will influence the attitude of coaches to attend the training class. Though the study of differences between training courses and practical assessments, it is discovered that "understanding of theory and the level of team of practice" cause the formation of the differences. Trough investigation on influence factors which caused differences of training quality, it is discovered that there are five influencing factors, the major three of which are "deficiency of knowledge of methodology and pedagogy" "quality and quantity of training teachers on primary level ", and "influences of practical work environments and work requirements" whereas the subordinate two factors are "diligence of coaches on the knowledge " and "realization of coaches on the training courses "Through the research in the present thesis, it is found that factors that influence the quality of coaches training can be classified as the above ten factors which are embodied from the studies of the structure of the training system of coaches in China, the interview and analysis of motives of coaches to attend training, the study of differences between training courses and practical assessments, as well as investigation on influence factors which caused differences of training quality.
