In recent years,China's football industry has entered a period of rapid development.The training scale of football coaches has been greatly expanded,and the number of coaches has also been greatly expanded.In this situation,how to ensure the steady improvement of the coach quality has become the development focus of the current coach training.D level football coaches are the enlightening teachers of football players.They shoulder the responsibility of providing enlightening training to athletes and helping them select talents and transfer talents.The training quality of d-level football coaches includes many different constraints.Only by carrying out continuous process control and constant reform on the factors restricting the training quality of d-level football coaches,can the training quality of coaches be guaranteed and continuously improved.At the same time,as the capital of China,Beijing has a profound football culture tradition,and football is a popular sport among Beijing residents.The study on the factors restricting the training quality of d-level football coaches in Beijing has a far-reaching impact on the development of Beijing football.This paper takes the main factors restricting the training quality of d-level football coaches in Beijing as the research object.The respondents were the students who took part in the training class of d-level football coaches organized by Beijing football association in 2018,as well as coaches' lecturers and football experts.In this study,documentary data,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods were adopted to investigate and analyze the training status of d-level football coaches in Beijing from the perspectives of trainees,coaches' lecturers and management guarantee.The main factors restricting the training quality of d-level football coaches in Beijing are identified,and the development countermeasures to improve the training quality are put forward to provide more experience for improving the training quality of d-level football coaches in Beijing in the future.The final conclusion is:1.Restriction of Beijing D football coaches training quality factors mainly include:the motivation of students to participate in training,basic training of students from the theory and technology level,coaches,lecturer of guide way,coaches,instructors teaching ability level,the Settings and distribution of the teaching material content,student appraisal system form and students training.2.The main motivation of training course participants is to meet the needs of the job,which will affect their attitude towards training.Most of the students lack basic knowledge of football theory and uneven technical level,which is not conducive to the mastery of the training courses.3.The coach instructor's guidance mode is a single instructor system,which is not conducive to the expansion of training students' thinking and the cultivation of innovative thinking.Most lecturers do not pay attention to the cultivation of students' emotional attitude in the training process.4.At present,the training methods of grade D football training courses in Beijing are concentrated off-duty training and weekend segmental training.Compared with the combination of various training modes in foreign football developed countries,it is not conducive to students to better grasp knowledge.In addition,the assessment of students also lacks the corresponding monitoring system.5.There is no specific training material for the class D trainees,and the courseware used by the trainees lacks education,psychology,sports injury prevention,physical training and other contents related to the training of teenagers.6.Relevant departments should strengthen the study of football theory courses,strengthen scientific selection,improve the reward and punishment mechanism of coaches and lecturers,and innovate and optimize the supervision mode.To compile a set of scientific training materials and establish a comprehensive D-level football coach evaluation system.7.Put forward the development countermeasures to improve the training quality of d-level football coaches in Beijing: improve the training form of d-level football coaches in Beijing.Pay attention to the cultural construction of the coach.Strengthen the selection of training trainees,correct training motivation.Strengthen the construction of coaches and lecturers,implement diversified incentive system and improve the level of coaches and lecturers.Add full-time lecturers.Make effective use of modern media to strengthen the exchange of talents between football coaches.The management departments such as Beijing football association should train football management talents and establish the management system of d-level football coaches.
