The Research On The Distribution Of Population Resources And The Commerial Banks Branches Construction Of Shenzhen

Commercial bank of China has experienced decades of rapid development and expansion.But there are still many shortcomings of the construction of the institutional channel of the traditional big four state-owned bank compared with the foreign banks. Such as the distribution of network is not scientific, function is single and the location choice is unreasonable. Location and setting of all commercial bank branchs focus on the financial constraints and the efficiency of approval inside institution isn't ideal and so on.This paper lists and elaborates advanced domestic and international banking experience and theory, trying to establish a decision-making method which is combination of qualitative, quantitative, hierarchy and systematization. By applying this methodology on commercial bank network location problem, it is helpful to compare, analyze, judge and evaluate the factors affecting the target and make a decision scientifically. This article will be more persuasive by clarifying systematic approach than relying on subjective experience in the past.Meanwhile, Shenzhen in China has the unique geographical advantages, include-ing urban, transportation, real estate and property condition. So far, most domestic commercial banks tend to use open decision-making method which is outdated in Shenzhen. It does not have a hierarchical structure or stereoscopic multi-dimensional structure, and it is unable to be amended and expanded through the complexity of the problems and the preferences of decision makers, so the flexibility is low.To solve this problem, we introduce GIS and Quantity-Principal–Interest(QPI) model to research on Shenzhen which is a market with the unique geographical features. By identifying the focal point and planning radiation circle, we construct the final form of the regression model of the channel construction yield. Then, during constructing models, we pay attention to all factors which should be mutually exclusive. Finally,it is helpful to use the expert group method to make decision to avoid biased opinion. In this way, the combination of subjective, objective , empirical approach and practical experience can guarantee the effectiveness of channel construction method.
