| The problem investigated in this thesis is how to realize the transition from the traditional studying style to a new studying style which is more go ahead , discoverable and team-spirit. We analyze the problem in the transition and have the conclusion that there are three obvious problems which should be noticed: superficial understanding of the transition, poor activeness to promote the transition and not timely encouragement when achievement occurs. Analyses from four different perspectives about the facts which can affect the transition are also given.After the analysis is done, suggestions with the purpose to solve these problems are proposed: first teachers should change their ways used in the education, also, a new evaluating system which can push the transition forward should be constructed. Last, by the traditional ways of learning to new learning mode.The thesis pointed out that psychological method the students have to participate to the transition forwardly; furthermore, they must evaluate the methods done in the transition basing on the principle of practicality and feedback the information in time. Only by doing this can the studying style transition well shape up with least cost. |
