Education is a driving force for national prosperity, education, fair and equitable society as a whole reflects and foundation. China's Constitution and the Education Act clearly stipulate that citizens have equal right to education, emphasized that citizens have equal access to educational opportunities. Due to various subjective and objective reasons, the right to equality and equality of opportunity between principles and practice, there are still a great distance. Therefore, to achieve equal right to education, we must protect the equality of educational opportunity. Only equality of educational opportunity, and to achieve real equality of right to education.
