Home-school cooperation has been a worldwide research task. In the worldwide domain of education, the importance of home-school cooperation has been widely accepted and attached importance to. In the recent years, along with the development of network technology and education informatization at very fast speed, network home-school cooperation has been appeared and come on to increasingly as the brand-new form of home-school cooperation. Absolutely, the parent is an important part of network home-school cooperation. Parent satisfaction about this cooperative form will directly affect their passion and enthusiasm for participating in cooperation, which will affect farther the efficiency and effect of network home-school cooperation. Therefore, the research for parent satisfaction about network home-school cooperation is a problem with practical meaning.This research takes a class in Zhujiajiao Middle School in Shanghai as the background, studies parent satisfaction about network home-school cooperation by demonstration analysis. Firstly, the thesis proposes the concept of parent satisfaction about network home-school cooperation based on summing up the related researches on home-school cooperation and satisfaction. Then, the author constructs the measuring model of parent satisfaction according to the fact of network home-school cooperation and the result of parent interviews. This model adopts 4 dimensions to measure parent satisfaction. Lastly, using the self-compiled questionnaire the research demonstrates and analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of parent satisfaction.From this research , we can draw the following conclusions:(1)Parent satisfaction about network home-school cooperation is closely related to 4 factors which are cooperative effect, cooperative atmosphere, teacher's participation and platform's characters. The measuring model of parent satisfaction is tenable.(2)Generally speaking, most parents are satisfied with network home-school cooperation. The most popular factor is platform's characters, followed by teacher's participation, cooperative effect, cooperative atmosphere.(3)Individual background factors influence parent satisfaction by different degrees. In these factors, education, income and the level of information technology have significant influence on parent satisfaction; but the influence of gender, age, occupation and children's inhabiting place is not significant.Based on the result above, the author puts forward some corresponding proposal and countermeasure from different points of view, hopes to provide the model value for the schools, teachers, parents, which participated in network home-school cooperation, and the developers of network platform, in order to enhance parent satisfaction and promote the development of network home-school cooperation in the future.
