Speed skating plays an important part in physical education of the north. In recent years, the subjective and objective reasons such as the gradual warming of global climate, decrease in speed Skating teaching hours , the students'relatively weak basis for speed skating, low quality of the speed skating teaching profession, old teaching means and methods and the unreasonable composition and organization of the teaching content have caused the gradual decline in universities speed skating teaching quality and the difficulty in achieving teaching objectives established and the intended teaching effectiveness. In order to change the speed skating declining status of teaching effectiveness, find out and generalize the factors influencing the effect of speed skating teaching course in Jilin, put forward strategies that will improve Jilin speed skating common course. In this paper, documents and materials, expert interview, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and logic analysis are used to make survey on factors influencing the effect of speed skating teaching course in Jilin. The author makes the following conclusions:Factors influencing the effect of speed skating teaching course in Jilin: speed skating compulsory course curriculum factors, speed skating compulsory course teacher factors, environmental factors, teaching the course of speed skating, speed skating compulsory course student factors, speed skating compulsory course student achievement evaluation factors.Speed skating compulsory course curriculum factors have the greatest impact on the effect of speed skating classes of universities in Ji Lin, which have characteristics of scanty hours of instruction and teaching content arrangement disproportion.Teachers'factors on the speed skating effect of five factors came in second place. Inadequate teaching ability of teachers has a direct impact on students'learning process of speed skating.Jilin Provincial Speed Skating Course venues are not enough for high-performance equipment; the situation cannot meet the needs of students and the after-school practice, thereby affecting the speed skating Common Course teaching effectiveness.The situation that students'interest in learning speed skating is not high and motivation is not correct also have a negative impact on teaching effectiveness of the Course Speed Skating.Students'grade about Speed Skating Compulsory Course has minimal impact evaluation of teaching effectiveness.
