Study On The Education Of University Students' View Of Employment

With the further depth of China's reform and opening up, people's values have taken profound changes, including the values of university students. Under the impact of multiple values, the current university students have become more complex and changeable any other peroid on the choice and evaluation of employment. Under this circumstance, it is particularly important to strengthen the guidance and education in students'view of employment. Moreover, it is a new challenge for university students on the content and method of education in students'view of employment. This study on the education of university students'view of employment is based on this kind of circumstnace. In this paper, the author adopts the previous theoretical results and research methods, studies Tianjin Municipality university students'view of employment, summrizes the current situatuion and factors on university students'view of employment after the analysis, puts forward a way to improve the education on university students'view of employment.This paper contains three parts.The first part is about the theoretical analysis. After introducing the relevant concepts on employment and education of employment view, the author mainly analyzes the employment factors and changes in employment trajectories of university students'view of employment, the contents, meaning and principles of education.The second part is concerned with the current situation of employment of university students. After the survey of students'view of employment in three universities and individual interviews, the author makes fundamental judgments: on the one hand, there are positive factors including the improvement on self-conscious employment and competitive emplyment.on the other hand, there are negative factors including the psychological immaturity, the weak sense of entrepreneurship, the high expection and utilitarian values. The author anlyzes these factors in three perspectives: the socio-economic environment, the higher education factors and the psychological factors on orientational values. The third part is the core part of this thesis. According to the problrems and influential factors on views of employment, this author puts forward the relevant suggestions in the light of the social environment, university education and students themselves, such as: optimizing the training mode on higher education, constructing the education system of employment, carrying out the guidance on career planning, improving the guide system on job employment, organizing educational activities on students'view of employment, etc.
