Research On Management Mechanism Of University-Based Science And Technology Park In China

During the times of knowledge economy, knowledge is more and more important in the society. Technology innovation is the standard of whether knowledge is grasped or not. University is the source of technology innovation, and university-based science and technology park is an efficient way to transfer of science and technology.University-based science and technology park is a new form of economic developing, it is a significant component of national innovative system, is the innovation source of local economy and technology progress, is the component of Chinese higher education, is a significant platform of training innovative talent. A first-class university-based science and technology park is one of the significant signs of a first-class university.There are five sections in the thesis. The first section set out the basic thought of the thesis. The second section explain relevant basic theory of university-based science and technology park. The third section set out the course of university-based science and technology park and the development of it in China. The fourth section divided management mechanism of university-based science and technology park into four parts:dynamic mechanism, constraint mechanism, support mechanisms and operating mechanism, and doing systematic research about the management mechanism. The last section gives the suggestion of management.
