Oral communication is the most direct interaction of human speech, the most convenient way. In today's time is precious, the pursuit of efficiency in an era of more and more people are using direct oral communication approach to the exchange of information and emotion, while the rapid development of modern telecommunications technology for the oral communication also provides a very convenient conditions for Oral Communication range of applications and frequency to be an unprecedented expansion of high or low levels of oral communication is directly related to individual learning and work effectiveness; the cause of success or failure of the smooth and even as the Americans in the 20th century,40 years of "eloquence" as is the world's existence and development of three magic weapon, one of 60 years and will remain, "eloquence" as the most powerful of the three magic weapons of the first. Development of the times of oral communication skills to people put forward new challenges and requirements, we need to be based on the high quality education is, indeed, to strengthen children and adolescents oral communication ability. To pay attention to objects and situations, learning to communicate gracefully civilization. That self-confidence, responsibility to express their views, be clear, coherent, do not deviate from the topic, but also good at listening, understanding others and emotional content of speech. Third grade through oral communication, enhance personal qualities, and establish the correct values, aesthetic view of life, and become more loving characters and culture of the motherland, love for our country, using this communication tool for a better life, learning, work.
