| Occupational burnout is a typical factor that restricts teacher's mental health and development. Teachers burnout has been great harm to countless physical and mental health of teachers and extremely educational development. It's direct impact on teaching effectiveness and the education of students. At present, most of the researches of occupational burnout are mainly about the theory and macro-cognition. The information about the different stages of professional development of teachers burnout is not yet in-depth study of the problem. In particular, English teachers of primary school in Hunchun there is no one who has conducted any research about Occupational burnout. This article Bases on the teacher's role conflict theory,teacher career cycle theory, Maslow hierarchy of needs theory and the theory of second language teaching. It takes English teachers of primary school in Hunchun as research objects, adopting such methods as documentation, questionnaire, Interview, taking 93 English teachers in 18 primary schools in Hunchun. It aims at analyzing and discussing the general condition of job burnout; the burnout factors and internal relations and differences; the intervention of strategies about job burnout of primary English teachers in Hunchun according to this reality in the region. It uses spss15.0 to dispose the data.After research, we can draw the following conclusions:1. The English teachers of Hunchun primary school are in the general level of occupational burnout. In three dimensions, the first one is a low sense of achievement, followed by emotional exhaustion dimension.2. The effect of different Character, age, teaching age and technical post on teacher's occupational burnout is not signify-cant.3. The formation and development of occupational burnout is affected amount of impact on teaching mission primary English teacher in Hunchun. low-volume tasks are more serious burnout.4. Individual, group and organizational factors and Hunchun primary school English teachers were significantly related to job burnout. In low achievement, the organizational factors related to the maximum value; in emotional exhaustion, the group factors associated with the highest degree.5. The correlation factors about individuals, groups, organizations, three factors on primary school English teachers' burnout were groups, organizational factors, individual factors.6.Hunchun primary school English teachers for the characteristics of job burnout, propose solutions to burnout strategy. (1) the right of individual teachers in the face of difficulties and setbacks, to adjust their psychological, set a good career aspirations; (2)to create a positive atmosphere, teacher collaboration and interaction with each other to promote the professional development of English; (3) to strengthen teacher professional learning, to further improve the teaching of English subjects and theoretical knowledge and skills; (4) education departments and schools should be understood and valued the work of English teachers to address the difficulties faced by teachers. |
