Study On The Employment Expectation For Graduates In The View Of Family Social Capital

With the acceleration of China's modernization process, employment of graduates have been prominent. Today, students in the course of employment play an important role in not only the ability and quality, the family also played an important role in social capital.From the perspective of family social capital, employment opportunities for students to study academic community has been great concern.This article has been associated with social capital theory and previous academic social capital, family social capital, employment, etc. Students research, literature review, survey questionnaire on the course of 2009 SW university graduates were more depth. Study was focused on family social capital on job satisfaction of university students. Specific study as follows:First, the comprehensive results of the previous academic, social capital and family social capital research for a more detailed overview of specific research. And through questionnaires for graduates of family social capital have carried out measurements, measuring dimensions of family social capital, basically followed the previous academic achievements.Secondly, from the demographic point of view of social capital are discussed and analyzed the basic situation of the family, the preliminary statistics of demographic variables on the family three dimensions of social capital.Third, the discussion of employment satisfaction research, and from the five dimensions of job satisfaction were measured. Discussion of the family social capital on the impact of job satisfaction.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:First, the students used in this study job satisfaction scale has good reliability and validity. Second, social capital and employment of family satisfaction were significantly related.Third, subjects under different conditions of gender, family social capital, the situation has not significantly different. Source of students to be tested, the parents, under different conditions, occupation, family social capital has a significantly different situation.The novelty of this study is from the perspective of family social capital students to study the problem of employment satisfaction.Enrich the scope of the study of social capital, use of social capital theories of social capital on family related paper, findings of the study for understanding the family social capital on the job satisfaction of university graduates the effect of some guidance.
