At present, international competition is actually the talent competition, education competition, and the decisive factor of the quality of education is undoubtedly in the level of teacher quality. How to ensure and improve the quality of teachers, the teacher education reform is the first importance, on a short view, the standard-based teacher education reform is becoming the mainstream of the world development trend of teacher education. At the same time, expanding the domain knowledge of teachers according to professional standards and improving the professional level are the teacher quality requirements of the times and the modern education development. However, so far, China has not yet developed a clear "standard"for the primary and secondary teachers, the lack of teachers as a professional universality, the most basic quality requirement, which has restricted the construction of China's primary and secondary school teachers.According to the compare research methods, the paper do in-depth analysis the UK professional standards of qualified teachers, studying the fruitful experience of the establishment and implementation of professional standards for teachers in the UK, which are of great significance to the development and experience of the professional standard of the elementary and secondary teachers in our country.The study is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction, mainly explains the reasons of the topic, based on the review and analysis of research situation in home and abroad, put forward this study design, and defines and resolve the related concepts.Partâ…¡sorts out the evolution of professional standards and development process of the UK qualified teachers,. Its implements on the effects of the quality of teachers, the implementation of the new teacher evaluation system, the pre-service teacher training and teacher professional development is active and obvious, but also exist certain problem in the implementation.Part VI is for the inspiration and reference, which based on the status and problems of the professional standards of our teachers, putting forward some targeted measures.
