They are involved in the job skills of basic training methods superficial level, not concerned about the practical skills training, in-depth content, not the ability to introduce workplace learning practical skills training strategy, there's no ability to recognize workplace learning practical skills deepening enhance the effect; there is no psychological situation of the workplace skills in practice, the importance of training, which makes research remains at a shallow level. To make further research on practical skills training to be a comprehensive study of strategy, the research on workplace learning, workplace psychology concerns into the training strategy of practical ability, creating a sound practical skills training system.The purpose and significance of the research subject is through research, improve practical skills training strategy for the entire system, so that practical skills training to carry out a goal step by step system, will be molded into the sustainable development of the students talents and skills to practice the strategy of result of the work used in teaching practice, so that our practical skills training to achieve the best results. Analysis found that 24.3% of vocational students are not enthusiastic; 75.9% of the students learning skills, skills, learning attitude, learning skills, there are more or less used to the problem; 85.2% of the students lack career maturity attitude, not good to work with others to complete work; 84.8% of the students will not be of practical skills training initiative to learn new skills; 70.3% of the students do not want training in practical skills to innovate. Women can be seen from these data, in practice, skills training, vocational students of today's lack of independent learning ability, not the workplace with a mature attitude; practical skills training and ways in which needs to improve and optimize.In this regard, our solution is to build a better practical skills training system.
