Vocational graduates trained in the specifications, the level of quality with the needs of the community there is a big gap, inevitably affect the vocational school enrollment and student quality, thereby affecting the survival and development of Higher Vocational Institute.Recently, many scholars of the vocational college students have done a lot of practical skills, made a lot of views and ideas on the student practical skills training methods and ways to explore effective, but there are still some deficiencies between. They are involved in the job skills of basic training methods superficial level, not concerned about the practical skills training, in-depth content, not the ability to introduce workplace learning practical skills training strategy, there's no ability to recognize workplace learning practical skills deepening enhance the effect; there is no psychological situation of the workplace skills in practice, the importance of training, which makes research remains at a shallow level. To make further research on practical skills training to be a comprehensive study of strategy, the research on workplace learning, workplace psychology concerns into the training strategy of practical ability, creating a sound practical skills training system.The purpose and significance of the research subject is through research, improve practical skills training strategy for the entire system, so that practical skills training to carry out a goal step by step system, will be molded into the sustainable development of the students talents and skills to practice the strategy of result of the work used in teaching practice, so that our practical skills training to achieve the best results. Ultimately reduce the employment of vocational students after graduation to adjust to, and promote vocational education to the reform process to meet the diverse needs of the economic system personnel.The idea is to propose research projects in vocational skills training for students to practice job skills strategy, including vocational training, workplace training and workplace learning psychological adjustment and correction of some aspects of this hypothesis, and then through research, teaching practice to test this hypothesis improve vocational skills training for students to practice the strategy of the system. To understand the current vocational skills training for students in practical skills, the authors selected Chongqing Industry & Trade Polytechnic, and Chongqing City Management College of the six classes for the survey, paid survey, through questionnaires returned for analysis. Analysis found that 24.3% of vocational students are not enthusiastic; 75.9% of the students learning skills, skills, learning attitude, learning skills, there are more or less used to the problem; 85.2% of the students lack career maturity attitude, not good to work with others to complete work; 84.8% of the students will not be of practical skills training initiative to learn new skills; 70.3% of the students do not want training in practical skills to innovate. Women can be seen from these data, in practice, skills training, vocational students of today's lack of independent learning ability, not the workplace with a mature attitude; practical skills training and ways in which needs to improve and optimize.In this regard, our solution is to build a better practical skills training system. First of all, to build practical skills training target system. For students with skills and knowledge and broaden horizons, strengthen workplace learning; to train students in basic skills, vocational and job skills; enhance the practice of vocational students in emotional and practical ideas. Second, we must focus on practical skills training procedures and methods:first, to train vocational students through workplace learning view and the correct information literacy, the implementation of varied teaching methods to enhance awareness of teaching issues, ability to expand innovative ways vigorously promote reflective learning and cooperative learning, and using effective test to the students workplace learning capabilities; second, by giving students the knowledge to teach psychology to help students overcome common psychological problems in the workplace to train vocational students to mature Workplace attitude; third, after the Square-style room with the former simulation training room, decomposition of the exercise program, to enterprise short-term internships, participating in or organizing skill competition and job skills training and other ways to promote students to firmly grasp the specific job skills. In addition, you can use several modes of practical skills training to improve their comprehensive quality and professional job skills, such as phase-type skills training model, the campus entrepreneurship training model, project-based skills training model.
