With the development of the times, educational humanity has rooted gradually. However, in the situation of "examination-oriented education" placing undue emphasis on the rate of enrollment, there is still a large number of phenomenon of inhumane-oriented education. The pursuit of a full human-oriented education is becoming an ideal picture of educational reformation in contemporary, which is the starting point of the advocators of "New Theories of Curriculum" and one of the core objectives of the new reformation of curriculum in basic education implicitly. Upholding the ideal of education "To the rejuvenation of China, to the development of each student", "New Theories of Curriculum " put forward a series opinions in the new era that highlight the core position of "student" in school education as well as the care of education to "human", that have contact some basic contradictions due to "examination-oriented education". The knowledge concept attaching importance to the non-rational, the teaching concept attaching importance to the subject and talent concept evaluating transcendences show the humanism tendency of "New Theories of Curriculum". The humanism tendency of "New Theories of Curriculum" paid close attention to the entire development of students, emphasized the humanity of teaching, emphasized in building democratic and equal relationship between teachers and students and the curriculum evaluation laying stress on process, which is active to build humane education in a certain degree. At the same time, the new reformation of curriculum encounter many difficulties in the practice due to lack of actual basics,because "New Theories of Curriculum" place undue emphasis on the students' non-rational development while ignoring the basic meaning of scientific knowledge, and talk about the development of students in separating the dialectical relationship of personal development and social development. We should think highly of it.According to Marxism human theory, human nature is the unity of natural attributes, social attributes and mental attributes. We believe that: educational humanity in schools is that educators must comply with the principle of integrating the social development needs and personal development needs when they teach their students with detailed plan and aim, and take care of the nature of the students comprehensively in order to promote the individual all-round development, "people-oriented" should be the core value orientation. However, in the current educational theory and practice, there is the tendency of confusing the people-oriented educational philosophy with the humanistic educational philosophy, which hinder people' scientifically grasp of educational humanity. Humanism tendency of "New Theories of Curriculum" is one of the examples. Although both of them emphasize the dominant position of students and are "human-based", and have a distinct humanity as well as critical spirit to the reality, they are different substantially in understanding of education due to the different philosophy basis. Upholding the "people-oriented" educational philosophy is benefit to overcome the negative influence of "New Theories of Curriculum" and help us to practice educational humanity more scientifically.
