There contains rich national cultural resources in the southwest minority area, they exist everywhere in different shape and form in the field of family. These traditional cultural resource is as important as those foreign modern cultural resource. But nowadays all of these cultural resources get lost in the family, which need effective integration badly by family of minority.Based on the multicultural-integrated education theory, this research investigates the basic situation of Xiaohuang village in Guizhou Province, Firstly, the article displays types and patterns of its cultural resources; Secondly, according to these patterns and people's value, it discusses the questions of integration of culture resources, which include insufficiency of integration consciousness, simple of integration contents, monotonousness of integration way, and orientation deviation of integration value. Then, it try to seek for the reason for the questions:the change in minority family pattern, including its structure and members ideas, traditional culture resources pressed by the modern's and cultural form multiplicity; Finally, under the current social background, the research puts forward the proposal that strengthen the responsibility consciousness as "the self-consciousness integration", further deepen the content as "structuring integration", multiple the way as "absorbing integration", recombine the value orientation as "the multi-skill integration".Through statistical analysis and reorganizing the culture resources'patterns in family education of Xiaohuang, the researcher analyzes the question about integrating cultural resources and come up with the strategy to solve it. On the one hand, it enriches family education's content and consummate its way to refine the cultural resources value in order to display the real national traditional characteristic; on the other hand, it help guide minority children better understanding and processing the relations in his nationality and ethnicity to be a ethnic member with modern consciousness.
