Culture is the soul of a nation, culture is the foundation of national existence, and culture is an inexhaustible motive force for the nation to develop.Traditional national culture played a crucial role during the formation of the nation, which extract civilization, transmit wisdom, and reflect the national unique aesthetic taste, value orientation and mental outlook. However, when we review the "trend of the times":in the background of economic globalization, with the development of industry society and flooding commodity, the source has been gradually exhausted which nourish traditional cultural and national verve. Many young people have poorly knowledge of their own traditional culture, which cause difficult to heritage national wisdom and spirits from generation to generation. The lost of Chinese traditional culture is the immeasurable loss of the whole world culture heritage. Therefore, the task of rescuing, protecting and promoting national culture has become urgently important. A policy named "folk culture entering campus" in Guizhou Province born out in this background, which became an effective way to inherit and protect national culture by education. This policy and the western multicultural education theory are used by the author as the research theme and theoretical basis. The Anshun Minzu School, Xiaohuang Primary School in Congjiang County, and Xianma Primary School in Guizhou Province were choose to be the case study from the twenty-three project schools. Literature research, field studies and survey research were implanted as the research modes, specifically questionnaire, interview, observation were used as research methods, to analyze the different views of policy makers, policy executors, and policy beneficiaries, combining the quantitative research and qualitative research, to analyze the experiences and lessons learned in the implementation process of this policy. According to the factors of policy objectives, policy influence, policy implementation results, as well as the problems and difficulties encountered in the implementation of the policy, find out the operation mode of the policy, propose the future direction and suggestions. Guizhou Province "folk culture entering the campus" policy as a starting point, the author dialysis Chinese minority basic education policy exists some problems, involving the "inconsistent targets between policies","lack of clear division of responsibilities on the Funds regulations ","lack of continuity, stability, and innovation on policy implementation ","lack of cultural indicators on policy assess "etc, and at the end of the paper, the thesis discusses the close relationship between school education and the national cultural heritage protection,"folk culture entering the campus "policy is one of the effective policies of national cultural heritage and protection in school education.
