In this study, literature review method, in-depth interviews, questionnaire survey and a series of experimental psychology research methods,1,200 students were investigated on the preparation of high reliability and validity of the "Junior High School Students Stress Reaction Questionnaire", while Junior High School Students response to the stress and the academic sources of stress, the relationship between physical activity were studied, and verified by experiments on junior high school sports game mitigation studies the role of stress reponse. The results showed:1. Junior middle school students used by factor analysis method, have eight dimensions of stress response were weary, body reaction,low learning efficiency, lack of social,anxiety and irritability,behavioral problems,suicidal tendencies and the fear.2. The result ot junior high school academic stress response. The average of the junior high school academic stress response is 1.9690,the levels is in the medium. The average of every factor in order is:the fear(2.4104)> anxiety and irritability(2.2204)> low learning efficiency(2.2146)> body reaction(2.1427)> weary(2.0206)> lack of sociall(1.9051)> suicidal tendencies(1.4318)> behavioral problems(1.4059).3. There are significant differences between boys and girls in lack of social,monotonous behavior. And there are not significant differences between boys and girls in other dimensions and total score.4. Grade effect in all dimensions and total score were significantly different. In all dimensions, the average of Grade first and third are significantly different; the average of Grade second and third have significant differences; and Grade first and second are not significant differences in the physical response, low learning efficiency, anxiety and irritability, the fear and total score. Grade difference in the stress response from high to low scores are:Grade third,Grade first,Grade second. 5. Academic stress response and the total score and every dimensions of the stress source are significantly related.6. Exercise intensity, duration, frequency and total amount of sports both are significantly related to stress response.The weary, body reaction, low learning efficiency, lack of social and exercise intensity have significant relationship.And weary, body response, low learning efficiency, monotonous social and after-school, suicidal tendencies, fear and exercise time were significantly correlated.And weary, low learning efficiency, physical reaction, lack of social, anxiety and irritability, suicidal tendencies, fear and movement frequency significantly correlated. And weary, low learning efficiency, physical reaction, lack of social, anxiety and irritability, the fear and the total score significantly correlated.7. Through the intervention of sports games, weary, body reaction, low learning efficiency, lack of social, anxiety and irritability, suicidal tendencies level and total score are significantly decreased. Sports games can work for junior high students in academic stress response, significantly reducing the degree of response.
