The Study And Manufacture Of The Internet Courseware On Track-and-field Ground

The rapid technology development of the network communication and the multimedia have created an unprecedented development to the field of education. As the same time the education's technology has become a hot spot of the education's reform today. Making a genereal survey of all the countries, we can see that they pumped money into education technology to advantage it, to broaden the resource of hard and software that the web-based education needs, to enhance the information understanding of all kinds of groups. In our country, the web-based education has developed rapidly, and our country has backed its development. However, as an important subject in education, P.E.web-based teaching is lagging behind in development for its subject characteristics.This paper is on basic development and production of the web multimedia courseware on track-and-field ground in general universities, China. The study aims to combine theory with practice to design and develop web-based courseware in professional field, by adopting modern education technology and multidisciplinary theory and methods. This offers benefical reference and expereice how to implement reform, develop and reallocate eucation resource and improve educational quality. The paper uses of literature review,software editting and interviewing to study the relevance concept about the web-based education and the condition about their web-based education carried out in several developed countries. This paper analysed the web-based education establishment of out country from the web basic resoutces and the web education resoutces. According to the advantages of P.E.web-based education, the paper expouded the current situation on how to carry out the P.E.web-based education in our country's colleges and universities and discussed the necessity and feasibility of carrying out the web-based teaching in the track-and-field ground in general universities. According to the theory of web-based courses development and track-and field teaching characteristics, by using the web manament platform and multimedia editting software, under current limited condition, web-based teaching courseware for track-and-field is developed and desigend. It aims to improve the teaching methods and means in track-and-field ground, to enhance professinal an information understanding of the sports talents in general universityies, to foster sports talents with innovative all-round development. All of these functions well in theory value and practical signification.
