One of the objectives of new course reform, which was put forward in the Basic Education Course Reform Outline (Trial Implementation) issued by the Ministry of Education in 8th, June 2001, is to change the current situation that over-emphasis on acceptance study, rote, mechanical training during the implementation of the course, advocate the students to initiatively participate, willingly explore and diligently act, and foster the students' ability to gather and process information, to obtain new knowledge, to analyze and solve problems, as well as the ability to communicate and cooperate.This year is the second year of the new curriculum reform promoting in the whole senior high schools in Jiangsu Province. The main idea of the reform is to create opportunities for the development of each student, to provide more learning space for students to develop a different tendency, to enhance the scientific literacy of students and to lay the foundation of lifelong learning and character development for students. Promote self-study and focus on innovation.Only in the correct way of education can the innovation ability of students be trained. However, our education idea has many shortcomings for a long time. Spare the rod, spoil the child, such stick education mode can only train out the servility; Head of the thigh, cone beam, such tough education mode can only breed the tenacity; Good baby, such hint education mode can only produce the Confucianism.Furthermore, the current exam-oriented education is flawed. To place emphasis on the proportion of students entering schools of a higher level, the teachers hesitated at nothing to use every effective way, such as chalk and talk, underline book, say one's lesson, selected dictation and exercises-stuffed teaching method. As time passed, the score is higher with a decline interest, the solution ability has improved with low self-study ability, and at last the inbred creativity shall be denied. Which education style shall we choose for our children on earth? Which one is most scientific and reasonable?Albert Einstein said, "The best teacher is interest." The psychologist, Rosenthal and Jacobson found the positive teacher expectations can significantly improve student's level of intellectual development and academic performance through the research. The reputed Appreciation Education and Inspiration Education are noticed recently. These education ideas have positive meaning to inspire students' interest; improve the efficiency; lighten the burden of teacher and student; give back self-study and self-regulated thinking to the students; train the student's creativity; protect the student's learning initiative and respect the sustainable development of human. The author thought such idea can be defined as Affirmative Education.After searching the WANGFAG DATA, author found there is few Journal Papers about the Affirmative Education research. The reference theories and Affirmative Education modes are also not much. At present, such empirical research in China maybe blank.The author researched and attempted in the absence of reference and successful experience. The Education of Karl Witte and the Education of Wei shushing suggested the author take the 2009 year Physics & Biology class as the object of research. Through reading a great deal of information, empirical surveys and experiments, the author executed the Affirmative Education combine with her own work experience, such as encouragement conversation, progress billboard, human comment, contest, blackboard, class meeting and so on. The author expects to improve the learning interest by the research and score a victory in the 2009 Biology of National College Entrance Examination. The author found the Affirmative Education act as a stimulus to the students' achievement improves by the analysis of lots raw data. In some terms, the outstanding student can be trained out.
