| The Web- based teaching plays an extremely important role in the process of higher education popularization. The basic feature of course learning based on campus network is teachers and students space-time separation, teaching activities carry out by means of on-line course. Therefore, on-line course as the information carrier of Teaching activities, the design and development quality, especially the Learning Support system's functional design is the key of network teaching. How to develop fully functional of learning support system, how to realize the organic integration of teaching process and network technology, how to research network in depth, all have an important significance. That can help solve many puzzles facing the network teaching and promote the development of education reform.On the basis of above-mentioned, this paper chooses learning support system based on campus network to carry on research of design and application. First, we analyzes the current situation of network course learning support system in domestic and foreign, probe into the connotation of learning support system and theoretical principle of research; Then, with education technology system method we planning and design of course learning support system according to features of on-line course, put forward student's emotion, learning content, learning management, learning interactive and learning navigate five goals, adopt advanced technology , develop learning support platform according to the nature of the course Digital Electronic Circuit; Finally, apply this support system to teaching and check the teaching result. The characteristic of this paper is providing comprehensive supports that proceed in all cases from the teachers and students'requirement, aim to ensure the quality of learning. We look forward that it can be used to the development of theory and practice of network course learning support system, enhance the efficiency and quality of network teaching effectively.
