With the universalization of the higher education, the number of college graduates is increasing rapidly; the issue of the job hunting for them has been a hot issue for the time being. From the sentimental point of view, the issue of the job hunting may influence one's life; the reason of the educational investment finally lies in the hunting for a job.It is the internal request of the equal education opportunity to offer the equal employment opportunity to the college students. It is also the result of equal education opportunity. The theory of the equal education opportunity contains the following parts: the equality of the starting point, the process and the result of the education. The equality of education result is the ultimate request of the education as well as the destination of the whole education opportunity. Therefore, there's a strong and natural relationship between college student's equal employment opportunity and the education opportunity.It commonly comes into existence that some unfair phenomena happen in the process of the college students' job hunting. Discriminations such as the sexual discriminations, the geographical discriminations as well as the experience discriminations exist in employment market. These phenomena stop the society from developing and shake the common concept of the equality, bringing damage to education, society, families and individuals, and they must be dealt with appropriately.To solve this problem, we need to learn experiences of using legal support to deal with discriminations in employment market from abroad. For example, in the U.S.A, they use law to regulate the employers' behavior, protecting the employees' interest and establishing relative administrative and executive authority to supervise the employment issues. From the present employment situation in China, the author believes we need apply both legal and political measures, establishing Anti-Discrimination Law and legal anti-discrimination authority; at the same time, implementing the labor market, encouraging enterprises to meet criteria of social responsibility; expanding the educational propaganda of anti-discrimination in employment market, and raising the awareness of social civilization. Thus we can finally solve the problem of college graduates' unequal opportunities in employment market.
