The prime minister and the common families are concerned for the problem of the graduates employment, and the graduates employment discrimination makes it more difficult. Many graduates lose their jobs after graduation because of the enterprises'discrimination. Related investigations show that the rate of college students suffering from discrimination in employment is up to 74%, and there even have some extreme events caused by the discrimination. Therefore, It is necessary to research the phenomenon of employment discrimination in the graduates'employment market. And It has great significance for safeguarding student's employment equal rights and interests, avoiding dissipation of talents, raising the labor market efficiency promoting the Chinese higher education's healthy development, maintaining society's stability, advancing the construction of harmonious society.This paper divides into two parts,the introduction and the body.In the introduction, I analyze the background, meaning, ideas, methods and innovations of the research of graduates employment discrimination, and mainly summarize the domestic and foreign research on employment discrimination. Then make a creative definition about graduates employment discrimination and set up a theory foundation for the research.The body divides into three parts. The first part is the classification of the present situation of college graduates employment discrimination. Firstly, I make a classification on the labor market's employment discrimination in our country, and then discuss different types of college graduates employment discrimination in aspects of experience, education, gender, physical condition, residence, etc. In the second part, I analyze the reason of the discrimination from the labor market, legal system, government management, social customs, higher education, graduates' personal value, etc. In the third part, I put forward some strategies to solve the problem in the eyes of colleges, legislation, government administration, social guidance, especially make a detailed discussion about colleges'strategies.
