As a new type of normal education, senior vocation-technical teachers' education (SVTTE for short) plays a vital demonstration role in cultivating qualified teachers for secondary vocational school, which is becoming an indispensable part of teacher education system.The development of China challenged the SVTTE rigorously. With the rise of knowledge economy and information revolution, along with the adjustment of industrial structure and the formation of new employment mechanism of "competitive employment and divergent selection", the lack of double ability teachers become to be a great constraint in the development of secondary vocational education. However, unreasonable course system for SVTTE is the most effective factor for the above constraint, which is hard to adapt to the need of vocational education development in China. To be specific, the curriculum is still subject-centered that it emphasizes the systematic of knowledge and integrity of teaching integrity. Moreover, it also gives a great attention to the teaching-theory, but ignores the importance of practical ability to cultivate students. In this point, curriculum design is the critical factor for the vocation technical teachers college to improve the quality of teachers' education. Therefore, it is important to study and improve the curriculum design for vocation technical teachers college, in the consider to meet the requirement of double ability teachers.In the trend of the fast development economic and technology and the secondary vocational education, I confirm the training target of SVTTE what is specified as to cultivate teachers for secondary vocational education both good at theory teaching and practical guidance, through the interview and questionnaire survey about financial accounting curriculum of Zhejiang normal university and Ningbo university, as well as literature about pedagogy, curriculum theory and psychology. On this base, I analyze the connotation and quality requirement of double ability teachers in secondary vocational education; moreover, I also conclude the problems of subject-centered curriculum in SVTTE. In the consider to realize training target, I proposed that the curriculum design in SVTTE should be resetting in the foundation of subject-centered curriculum advantage and foreign successful experience. In my resetting of the curriculum, I divide the course into two stages of broad base and flexible module through the comparison of the cluster module curriculum and the subject-centered curriculum. There are three plates in the stage of broad base that are public foundation plate, professional foundation plate, and education foundation plate. All these plates are to cultivate basic knowledge and practise skill required by secondary vocational education. The flexible module is to cultivate specific knowledge and skills with professional module and education module in content. The article is expected to bring about enlightens to curriculum of SVTTE in China.
