In recent years,our country also pay more and more attention tothe development off higher vocational education colleges,vocationaleducation has become one of the hot issues discussed education,higher vocational education colleges and universities has occupiedhalf of higher education in our country. The current direction of thereform of higher vocational education colleges and universitiesmainly is based on the competence-based education. With ability asthe standard of vocational education teaching goal clear, andpertinence and maneuverability is strong; Course content on the basisof porfessional analysis, combine theoretical knowledge andpractical skills training, to break the rigid discipline curriculumsystem; Attaches great importance to the individualized learning tolearners1learning activities as the center, focus on "learning" ratherthan "teach"; Feedback in time, objective evaluation, for the standardreference to evaluation. Apply ability standard to the curriculum design and reform of the financial accounting is the accounting majorin higher vocational colleges to cultivate the high quality,highlyskilled, innovative talents of an effective and important way.Curriculum design is the core of talent cultivation. The rationaland scientific curriculum design is the key to realizing training skilledand applied talents. The curriculum design of this study is based onability standard, the goal is to cultivate professional skills andknowledge skills, able to meet and adapt to the social positionrequirements of highly skilled, applied accounting professionals. Thisstudy of shanxi vocational college of management accountingprofessional "financial accounting" as an example, the following isbased on market demand to develop the teaching goal, first, theoverall design of the course; The working process oriented designteaching content; Use the teaching method for the center withporfessional ability; On the basis of employment ability evaluation ofcurriculum evaluation, and with the help of a network platform toimprove the students’ ability of autonomous learning.
