Vocational higher education institutions have become a booming part of Chinese higher education, undertaking the historical mission of training students to become high skliied and high-quality workers and can meet he needs of production, construction,the first-line management and service.Graduates from higher vocational institutions are an important source of new labor.Their practitioners largely affected the occupational and moral standards of the overall staffs and clerks.Economic development and social progress increase the labor's quality requirement,not only the increasing demand for occupational skills,but also the moral qualities,especially the particular demands of the increasingly quality of professional ethics.However,a number of negative factors resulted in a greater negative impact to form a good professional moral on the vocational students,their vocational morals of the situations is worrying,therefore,we must strengthen professional moral's education of students.Strengthening their professional moral's education can deepen their connotation of quality education and improve their quality professional morals to help them success more smoothly in the future. Strengthening their professional moral's education also becomes the needs of succeed and development,and finally realizes their all-round development.However,the mora'ls education has not been paid enough attention ,it is nearly the"no war zone"in the higher vocational education. Professional ethics education of students,especially the bottom line(virtue basis education of them)is also a piece of virgin land that has not yet been developed in the theoretical circle.Although ,we have some dissertation on hand,most of them are in theory discription.In order to cause the concern of the university educatorand began from the investigation of the quality of professional moral's status of students,the professional moral's education problems of them and on this basis to present their responses or proposals in order to provide available reference in improving it.In the paper,a questionnaire survey is the main method,supplemented by seminars,visits and other methods,selecting Shangqiu Henan Vocational College of Technology students to investigate the study.Through the actual survey and the use of literature analysis,with data access and other channels,we have seen that thequality of professional morals of the status as follow:1.vocational college students'honest and trustworthy,love and respection their jobs,teamwork and other basic virtue is the poor sexual self-consciousness;2. vocational students can recognize occupational moral values,but acts of self-discipline is not strong;3. vocational students in multiple forms of moral values,weakening the concept of collectivism;4.cognitive levelof professional morals is high and practical ability is low;5.have a certain professional morals emotion,but the lack of vocational Deutsche goods;6.on the professional code of ethics to understand less specific.There are many reasons caused by the quality of the status quo of vocational students. of course,have their own reasons,also have external reasons,but in the final analysis is that professional moral's aducation in Higher Vocational College is the development of a vocational college students has a problem and should not make their level of knowledge and moral qualities are hot good vocational college students to be good moral education,and should not have been a considerable number of a group of unqualitied"raw materials"processed into useful qualitied"products",a concrete manifestation in following aspects: 1.Planarization of professional ethics education, lack of basic education and education virtue;2.knowledge of vocational moral education, the lack of professional ethics cultivate practical ability;3.Identical of education ,the lack of professional ethics and their education;4.simplifying the content of education, lack of time and targeted;5.Ways single of education, and lack of enterprise, industry contact.For mang problems in higher vocational college's education,on the professional education at home and abroad,from the perspective of many institutions,we will have more systematic and comprehensive consideration for higher vocational education of professional morals,and actively explore,try this article the following aspects to improve and strengthen the professional moral's education strategies:1.for vocational college students to know the shame education; 2.for vocational college students to conduct self-education; 3.For example a model for Higher Health education;4.on Higher Education of Health to conduct the ceremony;5.for vocational college students to carry on the school business cooperative education.
