Professional moral is the basic requirement for employees in all sectors of the society,it is also one of the most important indicator which reflects the employee's comprehensive professional ability.In recent years,with the rapid development of our economy,enterprises set higher request to their employees.Not only the employees need equipped with occupational skills,but also with good professional moral.In order to cultivate high-quality talents for different industries,Higher vocational Colleges should strengthen the education of professional moral.At the present,the industry-education integration and college-industry cooperation have become the basic model for vocational education,which is the internal requirement for cultivating high-quality laborers and skilled talents.At the same time,it is an important step to promote the development of our vocational education.Based on the foreign advanced theory and our practical situation,the higher vocational colleges carry out the college-industry cooperation model.This model highlights the professionalism,practicality and flexibility of professional moral,it causes more challenges to the education which is critical and of great significance for the times to the students' professional moral education of higher vocational colleges.Researching the students' situation of professional moral education will improve students' professionalism and enhance the effectiveness of professional moral education as well.This essay is aim to know the situation of professional moral education of the students from the college-industry cooperation campus by interview and questionnaire survey,then find out the problems and figure out a best way to fix them.Chapter one is an introduction part,elaborating the background and meaning of the topic,recapitulating related literature at home and abroad,then introducing the research strategy and core concepts of this essay.Chapter two summarize the theory of professional moral education of vocation college students,such as the Cognitive Moral Development Mode of Lawrence Kohlberg,Observational Learning Theory of Bandura and the professional moral theory and comprehensive development theory of Mr.Huang Yanpei.According to the collection and analyze to figure out the characters of professional moral education from overseasChapter three shows the survey result of the professional moral education and explain the reason why this phenomenon happens.In order to know better the education situation of the students,the writer made lots of interview to the teachers,supervisors and enterprise trainer,then make a questionnaire survey paper to the students to get a real and accurate data.The writer even made personal interview to some of the students.Chapter four carries out some methods to help the education of professional moral of higher vocational college students.These methods will apply to our society,school,enterprise and students.To the society,it needs to pay attention to family professional moral education and strengthens the legislation of educational management.The schools should transform the traditional concept of professional moral education,renew the teaching contents,tools and approaches,improve the teacher staff system.At the same time,the schools need to perfect the evaluate system of “Ternary subject” professional moral education.To the enterprises,they should enhance the awareness of participate in the self-professional moral education,take full advantage of the resources around to improve the mode of the professional moral education of the employees.The students need focus on self-education.
