The new round basic education curriculum reform of Sports has a lot of changes in curriculum idea, curriculum content, teaching method, teacher's behavior and so on. These changes have put forward new thinking and requirements for specialty of RE. which is trained for the physical education teachers and social workers. In order to carry out the basic education of RE. smoothly, higher education reform of RE. specialty has lots of tasks to do. If they can not have a good training for the students, the reform will be blocked. Therefore, speeding up the higher education reform of RE. specialty is an important measure recently.By using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, comparison analysis, interviews, mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes and summary the RE. specialty teaching programs of Zhejiang four universities, and other normal universities which have a good influence on the RE. curriculum reforms, and the survey of supervising teacher in practice base. Then it puts forward some advices for the physical education specialty teaching contents and curriculum system reform in Zhejiang province. Conclusions and recommendations as follows:1. The teaching ability of RE. specialty major students of Zhejiang four universities is not satisfying, especially the ability of grasping the difficult in teaching, research capacity, evaluation ability and teaching ability. It is suggested that it can increase the proportion of teacher education courses and scientific research courses, so that the role and status of physical education teachers will have a better change.2. The overall quality of physical education students of Zhejiang four universities is not very well. It is suggested that the combination of credit system and school year system will have a good influence, and we can add human sciences, natural science, social science courses to the curriculum and develop the reasonable structure for compulsory and elective courses.3. Although these universities provide a lot of elective courses for the students, the credits and hours restrict the quantity which students to choose. It is suggested that the courses should be integrated, get smaller, should be shorter hours, and in the different form to open, such as the second class.4. The time of practice teaching in Zhejiang four universities is too short, and the effect is not very good. It is suggested that they should always keep long-term "partnership" with secondary schools, or extend the time practice teaching, in order to give the students a good adaptation.5. The basic skill of physical education major students of Zhejiang four universities is declining; particularly the skill and demonstration can not satisfy the requirements of secondary school teaching practice. It is suggested that they should reduce the scope of technical curriculum, or hold basic skill competition cross-provinces and schools.6. The curriculum of Zhejiang four universities lack of integrity, and parts of them present the redundant one, and the update rate of teaching materials is slow. It is suggested that they should classify the curriculum, reduce the overlapping content, and realize the real curriculum structure. Quicken the speed of teaching material refreshment, put fitness and entertainment ones into the curriculum, in order to join with teaching reality of secondary school.
