Ethnology concerns ethnic groups and reveals the rules of their beginning, developing, changing and disappearing. Any ethnic group's survival and development will follow its own rules and processes. Meanwhile, it is quite related to geographic conditions and ecological environments as well as resources and is influenced through them. Although any ethnic group possesses its characteristics on subsistence, mental culture , and so on, these characteristics and traditions will be limited by the influence of geographical and environmental conditions and resources. It is impossible for ethnology to neglect people's ecological environment.Experts of ethnology and anthropology often concern about changes of minor societies. During the processes of economy, society and culture, anthropology does care about how and where to change about them. It emphasizes non-major groups in order to obtain the capability of reflection and solve the problems that they come across.The papers are to discuss the processes of cultural changing and adaptation of Fish Village of Great Estuary and Pastoral Village of Wulan Township by Da'he Estuary of Bosten Lake. The papers are to discover the relationships between the changes of water resource of Da'he Estuary and eco- environmental behaviour of people of the two villages. At the same time , a conclusion may be drawn through descriptions and analyses to the two micro-societies that the specific culture is , to a large extent, related to the specific resource and environment .When the specific resource and environment are damaged ,accordingly, people relying on them have to change their subsistence of culture and system.
