The development of the organization depends on effective interaction of staff and organization. While this interaction is not only derived from the employment contracts , there are still a lot of implicit, informal, non-public expectations and understanding. These expectations and understanding of each other constitute a complex "psychological contract" between staff and organization"Psychological contract" exists popularly in all organizations, no matter which profession are on the market or non-profit organizations as well. Psychological contract exits during widespread institutions .The more higher of the labores' quality , the more complicated of psychological contract. The same is true with that of effect towards organization achievement made by intelligence factor, and what's more , with that of the research value. As a special group of "knowledge-type" staff , the vocational teachers influence factor and management technique has an important effect on improving the quality of college's running and improving that of the whole educational level of our country.In the paper, through empirical research and based on the Theory of psychological contract research, the impact of vocational teachers come to the psychological contract has two main factors: the reality and the development of duty. In the questionnaire of the college's obligations and duties to teacher,realistic obligation contains 8 items,developmental obligation contains 7 items. In the questionnaire of the teacher's obligations and duties to college ,realistic obligation contains 7 items,developmental obligation contains 8 items.The psychological contracts of teachers who have different gender, age, length of service and title,are slightly different.But the factors on the overall impact of psychological contract is not large, there is no significant difference.According to the teacher's scores at "college's duty questionnaire" and " teacher's duty questionnaire", through cluster analysis, Teacher's psychological contracts can be divided into 4 categories: A-high college's duty and low teacher's duty; B- low college's duty and high teacher's duty; C- high college's duty and high teacher's duty; D- low college's duty and low teacher's duty. Though the analysis of all types teachers, we can take the following management strategy: improve teachers cognitive abilities; college and the teachers are fully communication; bulid warning systems of psychological contract; bulid an appropriate mechanism of competition; improve the welfare of teachers; stabilize college's policy; the development of career planning for teachers.
