Young Teachers in Higher vocational colleges have the features of obvious career expect, increasing external Jacking safety, imbalance "Double Teacher"between supply and demand, frequent flow of talent, and there is a range of issues in the Young Teachers' management. Psychological Contract is a kind of subjective and implicit psychological commitment of what they should pay out as well as deserve between employee and organization in employment relation. Psychological Contract shares the characteristics as subjectivity, uncertainty, bidirectional, dynamicity, etc. In school organization, Psychological Contact is a psychological ligament connecting school organization and teachers, is also a significant factor affecting the behaviors and attitude of teachers, which influences teachers' teaching effectiveness, job satisfaction, emotional engagement towards school organization and mobility of teachers. Violation of Psychological Contract will exert a passive influence on employee's subsequent behavior. Psychological Contract plays an important role in managing young teachers in higher vocational colleges, it is good to advance school loyalty of young teachers, to inspire constant creative energy, to meet their needs of self-motivation as well as consummate the harmonious human management of higher vocational colleges to young teachers so as to overall efficiency of schools.Both the features and career development of young teachers in higher vocational colleges are closely related to teacher management of higher vocational colleges, which, through reforming management idea, perfecting management manner, establishing principles of harmonious Psychological Contract, may fulfill coexistence between Psychological Contact and management of young teachers in higher vocational colleges. Meanwhile, based on Psychological Contract, strategies of perfecting management of young teachers in higher vocational colleges could be drawn up, such as designing scientific management measures, strengthening insurance system, improving career development management of young teachers, etc. The purpose is to fully mobilize enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity of teachers, to enhance management of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, to realize double win between sustainable development of higher vocational colleges and career development of young teachers.
