Research On The Management Of Military School Scientific Research Funds Based On Project-based Administration

The scientific research has got obvious development in China, after'the Administrative Prescription of the State Scientific Research Projects(APSCRP)'carrying into execution for several years. However, there are many problems and imperfection, when carrying out this administration system in military schools. On the frame of project-based administration, there are lots of unresolved problems, just like, how to improve on scientific research project management of funds in military school, to ensure the reasonable benefit of project benefactor, undertaker and the unit? And how to establish the perfect mode of scientific research project management, to scheme and manage the limited scientific research funds soundly and scientifically.This paper research process, effect and manage mode of scientific research project management of funds in military school.
