Research On The Innovative Spirit Training Mechanism In Ideological And Political Education Of College Students

Innovation is one characteristic ability of human. The cultivation of innovative spirit is the core of the education. Ideological and political education is the important approach to improve the comprehensive quality and all -round development of the college students. Ideological and political education plays the important role on the innovative spirit education and have the great strategic significance, but have the two-way function. This thesis, which researches on the innovative spirit education as research object, researches on ideological and political education as the starting point, basing on the practice of ideological and political education at university, discusses the characteristics and problems and causes of college students' innovative spirit education of ideological and political education to overcome the limitation of the ideas and education mode and teaching system of the traditional. Under guidance of the scientific development view, this thesis reflects on construction strategy of innovative spirit training mechanism of college students including the strategic target of talent training and education concepts and training mode and so on in ideological and political education at university.This thesis is composed of three parts. The first chapter is introduction, discussing the research purpose, methods and meaning, analyzing the general situation of the research on innovative spirit training in ideological and political education. Main body: it consists of three sections. The first chapter: " presentation of questions " , describes a summary of strategic significance of training innovative sprit of college students and the important role of ideological and political education for training innovative sprit of college students. In the meantime, this chapter analyzes the concept and characteristics of innovative sprit. The second chapter "a survey of studies on innovative sprit raining of college students in Chinese and foreign ideological and political education " , analyzes advantages and disadvantages of innovative sprit raining in it with a comparative study, the consistency between ideological and political education in China and innovative sprit training, the limitation of the conventional to innovative sprit training. The third chapter " Construction of innovative spirit training mechanism of college students from the innovative ideological and political education", is the important part of this thesis, under the guidance of scientific development view, setting up scientific, systemic, exoteric and maneuverability training mechanism of innovative spirit, advancing innovative spirit training from innovation of ideological and political education, playing ideological and political education's role with the long-acting dynamic mechanism.
