Earthquakes, fires, floods, tsunami, SARS and other disasters came on the neck of another in the 21st century, causing serious harm to society and human and leaving an indelible hurt in the heart. University Students in the performance of natural disasters, as well as frequent man-made disaster in universities recent years have aroused the concern of the community. We see the University Students awareness of disaster prevention and disaster response capability. It highlights the seemingly ordinary unnecessary disaster response education function. Therefore, more and more people are paying attention to the education of university students coping with the disaster. In this paper, "University Students disaster response mechanism of education" aims to based on analyzing the status of the basic education for University Students to deal with disaster. Universities learn from Japan's experience in disaster response education suitable to explore our country's disaster response education college's mechanism.The first part is to define the disaster response education-related concept, analysis of the characteristics of disasters and disaster response education in order to straighten out the associated connotations of the concept of disaster response education in universities have a preliminary understanding.The second part of the University Students disaster response analysis its value, recognizing the importance and necessity. University Students disaster through the quality and the ability to cope with the loss reflected the disaster response is necessary to education. Its activities have far-reaching significance on their own students, colleges and universities, the society. Through the university students improve disaster response capacity with a view to driven throughout the national disaster response capability.The third part is analyzing the current situation of college students' disaster response education. Although the current College of the University Students coping with disaster awareness education has increased, there are still a lot of questions such as the lack of educational planning, the contents and form must improve, social collaboration mechanism is not good, as well as disaster prevention and campus environment imperfect . We can see that, there are a lot of questions need revolve in urgent, required the joint efforts of colleges and universities as well as society as a whole.In part IV , we learn from Japanese universities's experience of disaster response education. Japan has formed a system of universal disaster response education, especially colleges and universities. Anglicizing of the status of Japanese College disaster response Education, as compared with China and Japanese colleges and universities in this regard with a view of the merits of our country education to be a source of inspiration carry out disaster response.In part V, on the basis of the front analysis, I suggest some countermeasure to deal with college education in disaster response, from the educational objectives, management mechanism, the content and form of education, prevention environmental to analysis, building a mechanism of college disaster response education. This part is the focus of this article.Faced with the happened disaster, we can do is do a good job for the next disaster preparation, self-help each other improve the ability to save, set up a corresponding mechanism which itself is one of the content of building a harmonious society. We hope that through college education can effectively respond to disasters rich college students cope with disaster knowledge, improve disaster response capacity, thereby promoting literacy throughout the society and disaster response capabilities.
