Adolescent cross-sex interaction is the issue of education can not be avoided. Theory and practice show that cross-sex interactions in the promotion of students socialization and mental health with the development of irreplaceability. As we all know, our school education often pursue score and neglect of student emotion and the development of skills. High school is an important life stage, not only faced with changes in the fate of the college entrance examination in life, but also the socialization of the individual. Therefore, high school students' cross-sex interaction is in a special environment, on the issue of awareness will directly affect the healthy growth of students.National study of cross-sex interaction more concentrated in the adolescent stage of the whole, of which a considerable portion of the study for junior high school students. The study also showed for the status quo style, the proposals often lack systematic. Existing studies show that young people have a high proportion of cross-sex friend, cross-sex interaction is a common phenomenon. Therefore, this study focuses a particular stage of life, and explore the high proportion of cross-sex interaction of the real circumstances, and in the induction and detection of problems, the level of school management system.This thesis is made up of introduction, three chapters of main text. Part of Introduction mainly introduces the background and meaning of choosing this subject, definition of the relevant concepts, literature synthesis and research scheme. Chapter Two from the high school students the meaning of life the growth analysis, cross-sex interaction of high school life in the important role of growth. Chapter Three really presents an actual state of cross-sex interaction relatively, especially some theory and practice problems. It is takes the high school students in high school in Pu Dong new area as an example. Chapter Four analyzes the factors which affect cross-sex interaction, and provides some suggestions about transformation on cross-sex interaction from school, parents and students three aspects.
