With continuous deepening of the current basic educational reform, the idea that we must establish positive, appropriate and harmonious interaction between teacher and student so as to promote the common development of teachers and students has filtered into everybody's mind. As a basic course of the curriculum system, Biology should carry out the teacher-student interaction positively in classroom teaching. Effective teacher-student interaction can improve student's performance, increase the attractiveness of biology, stimulate students' interest, and promote the professional development of teachers. As a result, it is of high valuable to pay attention to and probe into the issue of teacher-student interaction in current biological classroom of senior high school.This research is doing by means of literature, observation and interviewing method. After looking back to the theoretical background of teacher-student interaction research, the writer divide the teacher-student interaction in biological classroom into two parts: verbal interaction and non-verbal interaction, and then listene to three teachers' biological classes at a key high school. According to the records on the spot, video analysis and the interview after class, researcher discovers that the current teacher-student interaction in senior biological classroom has the following problems. Firstly, the interaction form is single. There are more interactions of "control-comply" mode. And teacher-student interactions are much more than student-student interactions in a class. Secondly, the contents of interaction are dull, full of knowledge and lack of attention to students' psychological emotional needs. Thirdly, there is difference between the interaction objects. In order to achieve the task of teaching smoothly, teachers usually pay more attention to excellent students. Orient towards all and get everybody involved are quite difficult. Fourthly, teachers and students are both lacking of interaction consciousness. The former take the interaction as a mean of knowledge transfer, while the latter have used to ignore their dominant position in the class. Fifthly, the value and application of non-verbal interaction are far from satisfaction. What is more, the objective conditions such as the capacity of classroom, the placement of chairs and desks, the teaching facilities of school will all have an affect on teacher-student interaction. In view of these problems, the paper presents some recommendations as follows to realize the interaction effectively: change the conception thoroughly and establish a scientific concept of teachers and students, create a harmonious and democratic classroom atmosphere, take non-verbal interaction seriously, change the behindhand evaluation system, increase the education investment and strengthen the teacher training.The paper consists of five parts.
