In recent years,Chinese curriculum reformation appeared a growing tendency that the learning of Chinese cultural tradition is strengthened more and the number of the Classical Chinese is added in Mainland's teaching material and Taiwan's.Although people increasingly pay attention to the Classical Chinese today,there is little research on the arrangement of the Chinese teaching material in junior high school.In this paper,first of all it sorted out the research of the scholars in Mainland,Taiwan and Hong Kong which is done on the Classical Chinese teaching.Secondly,it expounded the Classical Chinese's instructional objectives of junior high school in the first chapter,and made several thought and recommendations about the Classical Chinese's instructional objectives of Mainland's junior high school and Taiwan's.Through the studying of the research result of the scholars in Mainland,Taiwan,and Hong Kong,and the arrangement of the documents which are about the Classical Chinese's instructional objectives of junior high school.This paper collected the research information about the theories of reading and instructional psychology,and proposed three major theory which as the foundational theory of the Classical Chinese's arrangement of the junior high school in the second chapter,the subject theory of Classical Chinese -- with characteristic as tools;the educators' research on reading in ancient China -- the stage of reading;the theory of the cognitive evolution -- the development of the cognitive schemata.Based on these three theories,in Chapterâ…¢,this paper sorted out the Classical Chinese teaching material of junior high school in Mainland and Taiwan from three aspects.The three aspects as follows:1.The statistics and analysis of Classical Chinese's number and proportion in the teaching material of Mainland's junior high school and Taiwan's. 2.The statistics and analysis of the same Classical Chinese in the teaching material of Mainland's junior high school and Taiwan's.3.The statistics and analysis of the universal ethical principle orientation in the teaching material of Mainland's junior high school and Taiwan's.Finally,in Chapterâ…£,this paper analyzed the arrangement of the Classical Chinese of Mainland's junior high school and Taiwan's.It analyzed the arrangement from four aspects,which are the instructional objectives of the Classical Chinese,the number and the proportion of the Classical Chinese,the position of the Classical Chinese and the universal ethical principle orientation of the Classical Chinese in Mainland and Taiwan.And this paper discovered that the purpose of the teaching goal is not clear, and that is in disorder,which the table of contents quantity,how to chooses the capriciousness which the article laying aside,and the different value orientation category.Besides,this paper discussed several feasible methods about the arrangement of Classical Chinese in the teaching material of junior high school,and gave some recommendations which are useful to the optimization of the arrangement of Classical Chinese in the teaching material of junior high school.
