| Biology new curriculum adapted the time and education development proposed a series of new curriculum ideas and curriculum goals. Teachers should set up new education ideas to achieve these ideas and goals,reconsider an improve their teaching behavior positively. Teaching self-evaluation of teachers focus on teachers as subject in the process of evaluation, promoting the form of subject's cognition for teachers, causing teachers to reconsider,improve and enhance their teaching quality. It is advantage in the achievement of curriculum ideas and curriculum goals. It is helpful for promoting teachers'professional development.In this research, the writer selects 54 biology teachers of 6 high schools in Huludao Liaoning province, using questionnaire investigation and individual interview. The investigation contents revolves: teachers'regarding of teaching self-evaluation; the formulation of teaching self-evaluation standard; the using of teaching self-evaluation method; school leaders'management of teaching self-evaluation and the influence factors of teaching self-evaluation. The research indicated: the majority of teachers understanded the necessity of teaching self-evaluation; they grasped the knowledge of teaching self-evaluation insufficiently; many shool leaders neglected the result of teaching self-evaluation. The reason of these problems mainly contained the following aspects: teachers'inappropriate attitude to teaching self-evaluation; the insufficient of the knowledge of teaching self-evaluation; the influence of psychological factors; school leaders'neglect of teaching self-evaluation; the imperfect of teaching self-evaluation standard.Based on the literature review of teaching self-evaluation and the discoveries, the writer put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: building up reasonable teaching self-evaluation standard; providing training about teaching self-evaluation; building up correct views of teaching self-evaluation; using the result of teaching self-evaluation reasonably; collecting the information about teaching self-evaluation variously; persisting in carrying on teaching self-evaluation, and so on. |
