CPC Central Committee and State Council issued in 2020,which proposes to fully implement the Party’s education policy,adhere to the socialist orientation in education,fulfill the fundamental task of fostering morality and fostering talent,follow the laws of education,and systematically advance the reform of education evaluation.The core literacy of biology discipline,which proposed by ,is the concrete embodiment of the fundamental task of "establishing morality and cultivating people" in biology.Classroom teaching evaluation based on the cultivation of subject core literacy is an important mechanism to promote the teaching reform and the development of students’ subject core literacy,and it can guide,diagnose,motivate,rectify and improve classroom teaching.However,schools generally use a unified evaluation system for classroom teaching evaluation,and such a teaching evaluation system can not pay attention to the subject differences of classroom teaching,and lacks scientific evidence and accuracy.Moreover,the research on the evaluation system of classroom teaching based on the core literacy of biology subject is insufficient,and the evaluation of the core literacy of biology subject cannot be effectively implemented.Therefore,the core issue of this study is to establish a set of evaluation system of the core literacy of subject classroom teaching of Chinese biology teachers based on the cultivation of core literacy.First of all,through consulting a large number of relevant literature,this study preliminary constructed the evaluation system of the core literacy of the subject of high school biology teachers in classroom teaching under the guidance of scientific,developmental,disciplinary and measurable principles.Secondly,the evaluation system was modified according to the advice of tutors and experts.On this basis,Delphi expert questionnaire was formed.Experts were invited to score the necessity of the index,and the evaluation system was revised based on result of data processing and written opinions of experts.After two rounds of Delphi questionnaire survey,we can determine the evaluation indexes of the evaluation system of the core literacy of the subject teaching of high school biology teachers.Then,the weight of each first-level evaluation index and second-level evaluation index is determined by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process according to the expert’s score of index weight,and then the score of each evaluation index is determined,and each evaluation index is divided into three grades: excellent,good and medium.Therefore,the evaluation index system of high school biology teachers’ core literacy in classroom teaching is established,which consists of six first-level evaluation indexes and twenty-two second-level evaluation indexes.Finally,we explore the evaluation system of high school biology teachers’ classroom teaching discipline core literacy.Cronbach’s Alpha is used to test the reliability of our system.Then,the validity analysis is carried out to prove that the evaluation index system has good reliability and validity.In this study,the evaluation system is applied to classroom teaching practice,and has achieved great application effect,and has been recognized by the evaluated teachers and research staffs.It shows that our evaluation system can play the diagnostic function of classroom teaching and has certain practical value.
